Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking a Kitchen Storeroom Clerk to support our culinary team by maintaining stock, organizing inventory, receiving products, and ensuring supplies reach the right departments for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Reliable, on-time and dependable in a fast-paced kitchen storeroom.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage inventory accurately.
• Team player who can work independently and with culinary staff.
• Comfortable lifting, moving and organizing products and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Organize products in neat, orderly storage with proper categorization.
• Receive incoming products and inspect quality to meet standards.
• Store products with proper rotation to minimize waste and keep freshness.
• Deliver products to designated areas and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain tidiness in receiving area, storeroom and back dock for safety.
• Monitor expiration dates and promptly remove expired items as required.
