Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice or hotel hospitality is a plus.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless and burnish silverware.
• Monitor stock levels and organize supplies.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and events.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
