Qualifications

• Previous experience as hotel/restaurant dishwasher or in janitorial/cleaning position preferred.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete special cleaning projects as assigned following hotel specifications.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria equipment.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Report discrepancies to manager and resolve guest complaints.
