Job summary

College of Southern Nevada (CSN) in Las Vegas area is seeking a part-time student employee for Fall 2026 in Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts. The role supports kitchen operations, cleaning, restocking, and lab assistance with hours up to 20 per week and an hourly rate of $14.00.

Qualifications

• Employees must obtain and maintain a Southern Nevada Health Department – Food Handler’s Safety Training card at their own expense.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand and walk.
• Able to work with potential allergens including nuts, fish/shellfish, eggs, milk, wheat, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• General clean-up of kitchen after students are done for the day.
• Restocking food and supplies.
• Sorting and folding linen.
• Assisting dishwashers in restaurant lab.
