The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR (hospitality preferred), solid relationship-building, and leadership skills to foster an inclusive work environment and strategic talent development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, hospitality preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and develop talent.
