Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance engagement, performance management, training, and employee relations. Be a steward of hospitality culture and a key partner in delivering world-class service in a premium resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws.
• Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must.

• Lead HR department and collaborate with hotel leadership to implement HR strategies.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.
