Job summary

Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Director and leadership, coordinate benefits, training, employee relations, and recruitment, while delivering friendly service in the Associate Services Center.

Responsibilities include line-level recruitment, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, generating reports in Dayforce, overseeing New Hire Orientation, maintaining confidential records in HRIS, and contributing to associate

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2-year human resources experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, pre-screening and scheduling interviews for department hiring managers.
• Generate and analyze complex reports in Dayforce.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS.
• Support associate communications and planning of HR events.
