Kisco Senior Living is hiring a Hospitality Services Director/HR for the Balfour Littleton Community in Littleton, CO. The role blends hospitality services oversight with HR duties to deliver exceptional resident and associate experiences.

We seek a seasoned leader with 5+ years in customer service, hospitality, or HR, plus 3+ years in supervision. Expect competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years combined experience in customer service, hospitality services, or human resources.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, and ADP (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident and family satisfaction initiatives and service improvements.
• Oversee front desk operations, records, and information accuracy.
• Support sales processes and resident move-ins/moves-outs for seamless experiences.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely services and resident well-being.
• Monitor health, safety, and risk management; ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; manage performance development.
• Develop associate engagement, performance goals, and coaching.
• Handle associate relations issues and disciplinary matters with HR compliance.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll, and HRIS data management; ensure secure operations.
• Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and recognition programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain administrative records for residents and staff.
