Kisco Senior Living in Denver is seeking a Front of House Dining Room Manager to oversee all dining venues and ensure exemplary service for residents, guests and associates. You will lead the front of house team, promote a hospitality-focused culture, and serve as the liaison between guests and kitchen staff.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in a supervisory food-service role, POS experience, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

The Front of House Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.

Location: Balfour @ Riverfront Park | 1500 Little Raven St, Denver, CO 80202

Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 (depending on experience)

What will I do every day?

• Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
• Manage the front of house team
• Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
• Record production and operational data as requiredCreate effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
• Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• A high school diploma required
• Minimum of three years' food service experience in a supervisory role required
• POS user experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

A current Food Handler's Certificate is required
