Job summary

The Kingston Resorts is an oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, featuring Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach among its properties. The 145-acre complex offers growth opportunities across multiple venues and departments.

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, training, inquiries, onboarding for international workers, and coordination of meetings and events. This full-time role includes health benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Must stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Self starter who can monitor multiple projects.
Work with a sense of urgency and teamwork.
Outgoing, friendly and able to speak with various levels professionally.
Knowledge of recruiting practices and job boards.
Excellent attendance is required.
Adherence to confidentiality rules.
Able to work 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

Support the recruiting and training process.
Handle inquiries from employees and candidates.
Assist international workers with tours, paperwork and onboarding.
Coordinate and attend on-property and off-property meetings, events and team-building activities.
Attend intradepartmental and interdepartmental meetings.
Assist in coordination and implementation of quarterly team member of the month celebrations.
Plan and execute various HR programs and initiatives.
Maintain department and personnel files.
Answer questions and provide forms or directions; refer complex issues to HR Director.
