The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, coordinating training, and promoting a positive, compliant workplace culture for a luxury boutique property managed by Davidson Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in various HR functions and initiatives.
