Casa Cipriani New York is seeking a hospitality-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, training, recruitment, and employee relations onsite at our New York location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and partner with managers to implement HR programs in a luxury hospitality setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in HR roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding for new hospitality employees and coordinate training resources.
• Maintain accurate employee records including personal info, employment history, and training data.
• Support managers and staff on HR policies, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Assist with hospitality-specific training programs, orientation, and safety training.
• Administer health insurance, PTO, and other benefits inquiries.
• Support HR-related matters for managers and employees, including policy interpretation.
