Job summary

Hotel Drover in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Housekeeping/Back-of-House support to maintain cleanliness and assist the housekeeping team. You will deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets, remove soiled items, and help keep storage areas organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets.
• Remove used linens, garbage, and recycling from housekeeping carts and guest areas promptly.
• Stock housekeeping closets and ensure storage rooms are clean, organized, and fully supplied.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest and staff requests for items such as towels, pillows, or roll-away beds.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, polishing, and window washing.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual room conditions to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to safety standards, using PPE when necessary.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of service elevators and team member areas as needed.
