Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to help keep resort properties clean and welcoming. You will follow our standards for safety, timeliness, and quality while serving guests and supporting the housekeeping team.

No prior experience is required, but reliability and the ability to lift 25 pounds are important. We offer paid training, immediate hire, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and reliability.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Attend training sessions and apply learning.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
