Job summary

InTown Suites Riverview is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards.

The role requires following SOPs, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and delivering superior guest service with flexibility in schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Capability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards, even if not assigned.
• Clean baths, kitchens, dining areas, and surfaces as specified.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Maintain room appearance and notify about readiness to supervisors.
• Restock housekeeping cart and operate equipment per procedures.
• Report safety, security violations and guest concerns promptly.
