Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication with guests.
• Remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Coordinate seating to ensure a seamless dining experience.
