Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills in a busy environment.
• Remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Creating a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests with enthusiasm.
• Coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Engaging guests with information about the menu and specials.
• Managing reservations, phone inquiries, and guest inquiries efficiently.
