With 0–2 years of experience, you’ll join a team that emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and precise POS transactions. Competitive wages up to $15/hour with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

• Excellent guest service skills and experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills.
• Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.
• Computer skills (POS system).

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm manner and escort to tables.
• Seat guests, monitor flow, and assign tables.
• Provide menus and kid packs as needed during seating.
• Maintain lobby, bakery and retail areas clean and stocked.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling.
• Interact with guests and manage wait times and carryout orders.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist in marketing and promotions and communicate new offers to guests.
• Clear and set tables; maintain a clean dining area.
