Qualifications

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and seat them.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
• Assist guests with seating and menu guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and confirm seating.
• Inform guests when table is ready and escort them.
• Assist with moving chairs and tables to optimize flow.
• Handle calls promptly and professionally.
• Rotate tables to maximize turnover while maintaining quality service.
• Keep host station organized and stocked.
• respond to guest concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Complete opening/closing side work duties as assigned.
• Support team with additional tasks as requested.
