Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, delivering a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable and other systems.
• Answer and direct phone calls for reservations, guest inquiries, and internal communication.
• Coordinate room service and to-go orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain an organized host stand and clean work environment.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to guest questions regarding menus and restaurant offerings.
• Support team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
