Red Door Woodfired Grill in Leawood, KS is hiring a Host to greet guests warmly, manage seating, and help create an upscale dining atmosphere. As the first and last impression, you will guide guests from arrival to departure with genuine hospitality.

You will coordinate with servers and managers, quote wait times, acknowledge specials, and ensure a smooth flow of the dining room. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but a heart for hospitality and strong communication are most important.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the venue.
• Assist with seating and manage the flow of the dining room.
• Communicate guest needs clearly to servers and managers.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions.
• Assist with carryout and curbside operations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of host stand and entry area.
