Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a proactive host to attract mid-to-high limit players and provide exceptional guest service at our Kentucky casino properties. You will develop relationships with midrange gaming customers to encourage repeat visits and drive loyalty, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to listen to cues, and a systematic, process-oriented approach to ensure seamless guest experiences and repeat business

Qualifications

• Develop and coordinate methods to attract mid-to-high limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Develop and establish relationships with midrange gaming customers to encourage return visits; create customer loyalty and increase theoretical/earning potential value.
