Highgate Hotels is seeking a Server Assistant in Denver, CO to ensure hot, fresh food and clean dining spaces. You will help with bar duties, glass rotation, and ice refills while delivering a positive guest experience. A strong team fit, good organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting are essential.

The ideal candidate can multi-task, communicate well, and prioritize tasks in a bustling hotel environment. This is an hourly position with benefits that vary by location.

Formación

• Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varied temperatures and noise levels.
• Must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations.
• Bussing dining room tables.
• Responding to guests’ requests and informing management of complaints.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ensuring timely delivery of food items.
• Ensuring server station is stocked with supplies.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed.
