Bon Appétit Management Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-visibility dining and catering operation for a corporate client. This role directs financial governance, operations, guest experience, and team leadership to achieve excellence.

You will mentor managers, drive profitability, ensure top-tier service and safety, and collaborate across departments to meet client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or catering dining services experience, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required.
• Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations.
• Proven experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.

• Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute business strategies that improve profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and cost containment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation.
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus that drive guest satisfaction and operational success.
• Oversee catering operations and large-scale events to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, health department regulations, and food safety protocols.
