Job summary

Lifetime Destinations seeks a Welcome Center team member to create memorable moments through thoughtful gifts and personalized programs for guests.

You will assemble gifts, manage inventory, and collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services to ensure on-time, brand-aligned presentation.

This on-site role in Branson, MO prefers hospitality or retail experience and strong organizational skills with basic office tools.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or events (1 year preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable use of spreadsheets, company software systems and basic office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Friendly, dependable and detail-oriented team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.
• Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.
• Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented and brand aligned.
• Track gifting activity in company software, manage the stock levels and assist.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity and attention to detail.
