Job summary

Lifetime Destinations in Branson is seeking a Gifting/Concierge Agent to craft memorable guest experiences through personalized promotional programs. You will assemble and distribute gifts, manage inventory, and collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services to fulfill gifting needs.

Delivering gifts on time with brand alignment and using company software to track activity are essential. A friendly, detail-oriented team player with hospitality or retail experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, retail, customer service or events experience (1 year preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Friendly, dependable and detail-oriented team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.
• Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.
• Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented and brand aligned.
• Track gifting activity in company software, manage the stock levels and assist.
