Qualifications

• Completed training and certification for all restaurant positions.
• Management Training Program successfully completed.
• Field Exam passed with a score of 90% or higher.
• Serve Safe certification obtained.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a motivated team per policies.
• Schedule managers and crew according to labor guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and conduct.
• Ensure the store facility and equipment are well maintained.
• Manage food and supplies, including inventory control.
• Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposits.
