You will verify forms, balance entries, and maintain logs; work with night auditors and managers to maximize revenue and ensure posting accuracy. Strong MS Office skills, hospitality accounting background, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One to two years of post-high school education.
• One year of experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Income Audit, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll System, and General Cashier functions.
• Process and post debits/credits; verify amounts and codes for accuracy.
• Balance entries and run daily reports; reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare payroll and revenue reports; ensure accuracy and timely delivery to management.
• Present financial data and recommendations to Controller and leadership.
