FLIK Hospitality Group is hiring a Hospitality & Catering Manager in Training in the Greater New York area. This entry-level management program offers hands-on training across marketing, customer service, purchasing, payroll and profit and loss, with AMP completion leading to elevated roles.

Full-time position with pay range $60,000–$67,000 annually, negotiable by experience. Benefits include free meals and uniforms at select locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations required.
• Up-to-date on food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and apply best practices in marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and P&L.
• Hands-on experience at a designated location and participation in AMP.
• Successful AMP may require relocation within the region for placement opportunities.
• AMP graduates may be prepared for Cafe9 Manager, Catering Manager, Conference Coordinator, or Meeting & Event Planner roles.
