Flik Hospitality Group in the Greater New York area is hiring a Culinary Manager in Training. This full-time program offers hands-on experiences across kitchen operations, marketing, and guest service, with emphasis on leadership development and career progression.

You will participate in AMP-like training, learn purchasing, payroll, and profit and loss, and may advance to roles such as Sous Chef or Chef Manager based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations.
• Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with peers, employees, clients, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Flik Hospitality Group’s best practices in management areas such as marketing, customer service, purchasing, payroll, and profit and loss.
• Training includes hands-on experience at a designated location and participation in AMP-like program.
• Potential advancement to roles such as Sous Chef, Chef Manager, Executive Dining Chef, or Catering Chef.
