The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Accounting Assistant. The role combines data entry, clerical tasks, and daily coordination with the Director of Financial Services in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include compiling resident and Health Center billing data, handling deposits, reviewing AP invoices, and processing AP checks. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with competitive pay and benefits. Training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with knowledge of accounting and office machines.
• Date entry or personal computer experience required.
• Accounting experience helpful but not required; will train as needed.
• PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and clerical support duties.
• Assist the Director of Financial Services with day-to-day coordination and operation of the department.
• Compile and input data for resident and Health Center billing.
• Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and input AP into the computer; forward for approval and generate AP checks.
