The ideal candidate has 3+ years in finance/accounting, a business degree (CPA preferred), and the ability to work non-standard hours to support event schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting role
• Operational experience in food & beverage preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Partner with operations to drive financial goals
• Collaborate with regional and operations finance on optimization programs
• Develop action plans to improve financial performance
• Manage weekly location forecasts and month-end close
• Oversee accounts receivable and cash activity
• Support annual budget processes and tax rate accuracy
• Assist with annual financial audits and internal controls
