DyeLot is seeking a Project Manager to lead FF&E procurement for hospitality interiors. You will drive procurement from kickoff to installation, coordinating with designers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that enhances guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in FF&E procurement or PM, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication across internal teams and clients. This role is based in Long Beach, CA, with a fast-paced studio culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of FF&E procurement projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, warehouses, and installation teams.
• Manage purchase orders through delivery and installation.
• Attend site visits and installation coordination meetings.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide agendas, notes, and status updates.
• Present FF&E specs, proposals, and budgets clearly to clients.
• Set client expectations on lead times and substitutions.
• Build trust-based client relationships that withstand challenges.
• Create and distribute weekly expediting status reports and spend summaries.
• Verify figures with Project Director and Ajera before client sharing.
• Source and specify FF&E aligned with design direction and budgets.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations.
• Maintain full procurement lifecycle from spec to installation with warehouses/vendors.
• Monitor budgets, process POs/invoices, and reconcile billing.
• Keep financial data aligned with Ajera records.
