Specialty Restaurants Corporation is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and presentation of our restaurant and event venue. You will ensure facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen equipment, coordinating preventative maintenance with contractors, and managing budgets while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality facilities management is required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety, and food-service environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance of restaurant, event spaces, kitchens, bars, and outdoor areas.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors for refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and arrange timely repairs with minimal disruption.
• Maintain service records, warranties, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor budgets and source equipment and supplies.
• Ensure health, safety, food safety, and building compliance.
