Rolling Hills Hospitality, LLC seeks a maintenance engineer to supervise the property's maintenance, ensuring safety and comfort for guests. You will handle routine tasks, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with other technicians to keep systems functional.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic computer software skills. This is an on-site hotel position offering steady hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with standard computer software, preferably facilities management software.
• Driver's license and clean driving record mandatory.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours.
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria.
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment.
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly.
