Job summary

Access Management Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting for food and beverage operations across HOA communities and amenity facilities. You will maintain records, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close while working with General Managers, HOA managers, and corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial information.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Hospitality, restaurant, club, resort, or food & beverage accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with HOA or community association management is a plus.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for food and beverage operations across assigned communities.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations monthly.
• Reconcile GL, bank, credit card and other balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with onsite managers and corporate accounting to resolve discrepancies.
