White Lodging is seeking an Expeditor at JW Marriott Austin to support the kitchen flow and ensure accurate, timely dish delivery. You will liaise between servers and culinary staff to maintain quality and pace in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a fast-paced restaurant, the ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and stand for long periods. Join a team focused on hospitality excellence in a premier property.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
• Adapt and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the efficient flow of orders from servers to the culinary team.
• Ensure orders are prepared and quickly assembled by communicating with the culinary team.
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Communicate essential information between kitchen and front of house (special requests, dietary needs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
