Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign stewarding tasks to ensure seamless operations across hotel outlets.
• Coordinate with banquet, culinary and engineering teams on cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Train stewards on chemical handling, PPE and safety procedures.
• Monitor temperatures, sanitation logs and equipment maintenance daily.
• Uphold hotel standards and lead through shift briefings and communication.
