Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering Services to lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across the property. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage capital projects, and supervise engineering staff to ensure safe, cost-effective operations.

You will coordinate with departments to maintain safety, compliance, and high guest experience while controlling expenses and upholding Omni standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality Engineering or similar field.
• HVAC, electrical or plumbing certifications preferred; CPO and EPA required.
• Experience with building management and life-safety systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for safe, cost-efficient hotel performance.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Lead, train, and supervise engineering staff; manage payroll and records.
• Coordinate with departments to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely completion of work by vendors and contractors.
• Prepare monthly department meetings and performance evaluations.
• Uphold Omni culture and standards.
