Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking an Engineer III to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across the hotel. You will support the Engineering team in maintaining building systems, addressing guest requests, and ensuring equipment runs at peak performance.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance needs in guest rooms and public areas, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, and collaborating with departments to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year hospitality engineering or maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
• Ability to operate computer systems and maintenance-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas.
• Maintain and repair building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration).
• Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures or leaks.
• Keep engineering storage areas clean and organized.
