Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow MAD Greens policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Maintain availability of fresh ingredients daily
• Cut, slice vegetables and fruits and store them properly
• Rotate food items in cold storage and discard expired items
• Sort, chop, and store items for cooking
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Prepare food items quickly and accurately
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
• Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
• Work with the team to prep the restaurant for each shift
• Contribute to a positive team environment
