Job summary

MAD Greens in Wisconsin is seeking a Team Member who loves hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow MAD Greens policies, including cash handling and safety to ensure safety of all team members during each shift
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis
• Cut, slice vegetables and fruits and store them properly
• Rotate food items in cold storage and trash any expired items
• Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Quickly and accurately prepare food items
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper setup/breakdown of the entire restaurant
• Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Snappy Salads
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Contributes to a positive team environment
