Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Sales and Production Associate to help run a production store and assist in the production area. You will be responsible for maintaining a friendly, hospitable environment, serving customers, handling donations with care, and ensuring proper merchandising.

You will support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to store policies, and a commitment to respectful service as part of our community outreach

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a pleasant, hospitable store environment and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist with store operations as required.
• Serve all customers courteously and efficiently.
• Handle donations with care and donors with respect.
• Manage merchandise with proper categorization and colorization.
• Keep store stocked and ragged out per ARC calendar.
• Assist in cleaning and general maintenance.
• Report theft, complaints, injuries, unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Follow store policies communicated by supervisors.
• Support work therapy program by modeling professional conduct.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or administrator.
