Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Sales and Production Associate to work in a production store and the production area. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming environment, maintaining customer relationships, and handling donations with respect.

You will assist in store operations, serve customers courteously, and help ensure merchandise is properly categorized and stocked. The position supports the work therapy program and requires professional conduct and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a pleasant, hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with store operations.
• Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle all donations with care and donors with respect and courtesy.
• Maintain proper categories and colorization of merchandise.
• Keep the store well-stocked and organized per the rag-out calendar.
• Assist in cleaning and general maintenance of store property.
• Report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Comply with store policies as communicated.
• Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct and work habits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or administrator.
