The role requires 2+ years in specialty retail, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment. Regular shifts include opening/closing with a focus on hospitality and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism with strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset contributing to store sales growth.
• Educator/coach/mentor mindset to inspire team members.
• Organized and strategic with ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse environment.
• Comfort navigating POS/iPad/handheld systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service to promote products and strengthen brand relationships.
• Meet sales and service metrics across key areas like clientelling and outreach.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team across all operations.
• Plan and execute floor sets, displays, recalls, and markdowns.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper planning and scheduling.
• Stay informed about business, fashion trends, and drivers to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws at all levels.
• Develop positive relationships to support a productive work environment.
