Woodland Market seeks a Store Director to lead a premium, hospitality-driven shopping experience. You will manage operations, curate product presentation, and coach a high-performing team while driving sales and profitability.

This leadership role requires a strong guest focus, strategic oversight of budgets and labor, and collaboration with senior management to achieve company initiatives and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certified Food Protection Manager credential (e.g., ServSafe) required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a grocery, specialty, or similar market with multi-department oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver hospitality-focused guest service and store experience.
• Own store P&L and deliver operating income targets.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
