PARLOUR in Richmond, KY is hiring servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for motivated individuals who enjoy hospitality and fast-paced environments.

As a server, you will greet guests, share menu knowledge, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen. You’ll collaborate with staff to ensure timely service, handle payments, and help promote promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen.
• Deliver elevated service per PARLOUR Steps of Service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
• Set up and maintain tables; ensure cleanliness.
• Manage carry-out orders when no host on duty.
• Promote ongoing store promotions and events.
• Handle payments accurately and provide receipts.
