Job summary

The Jones Center is seeking a Safety  Security Team Member to help maintain a safe, welcoming campus for guests, staff, and neighbors in Springdale. You will patrol, assist with directions, and respond to incidents while upholding center policies and post orders.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, assisting with crowd control during events, and reporting daily activities. A year of similar work and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; flexibility for after-hours work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain CPR/First-Aid Training.
• Ability to obtain a Private Security Officer License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, approachable presence at entrances and throughout the facility.
• Greet guests, offer directions and help visitors find programs and staff.
• Lead with a hospitality-first mindset while maintaining security awareness.
• Assist guests with everyday needs such as lost-and-found or escorts to vehicles after hours.
• Support accessibility for guests with mobility, sensory, or other needs.
