Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining experience
• Strong leader with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to train and develop your team

Responsibilities

• Establishes Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
• Respond to Guest complaints and resolves them to encourage return visits
• Assist the Management Team with recruiting, retaining, training and developing FOH/BOH staff
• Assist Management Team in executing plans to improve Guest experience and loyalty
• Assist the Management Team in achieving targeted budgets, goals and objectives
• Assist Management Team in community involvement programs and marketing runs
• Assist Management Team to ensure profitability within cost and labor guidelines
• Assist Management Team in controlling expenses to minimize waste while maintaining quality
• Manage safety by identifying hazards and acting promptly
• Ensure daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately (daily sheets, payroll, POs, deposits)
