Qualifications

• Current or previous Chick-fil-A Shift Manager experience required.
• Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A Front of House operations.
• Proven experience leading a restaurant shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House operations during assigned shifts.
• Position Team Members effectively based on business needs.
• Ensure guests receive fast, accurate, and exceptional service.
• Coach Team Members in Chick-fil-A hospitality standards.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the shift.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Address operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Support Team Leaders and Team Members through coaching and feedback.
• Help develop future leaders.
• Maintain strong organization and cleanliness throughout Front of House.
• Partner with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
